To produce precise parts via CNC Machining or 3D Printing, client representatives submit structural CAD files (.STEP, .STL, .IGS). We guarantee that:
- CAD files are accessed exclusively inside S.A.M.S. computer workstation servers by certified technicians.
- Files are used solely to run physical slicing algorithms, physical g-code compilations, and toolpath simulations.
- A strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) framework is enforced across all engineering lab workstations.
2. Information Types We Collect
When utilizing our inquiry or quote portals, S.A.M.S. collects basic business particulars including:
- Individual or corporate client name, trade name, and commercial email handles.
- Direct dial numbers or company switchboard extensions for shipping coordinators.
